Ryan Johnson started working in television at age 13
as a Master Control Operator
and On Air TV Host - Video Jockey (VJ) for his father,
Dan L. Johnson, at WTMV in Tampa, FL.
In 1989, he was off to college and continued working at
WSPA - CBS in Spartanburg, SC as a
Technical Director, Lighting Designer, Set Designer & PSA Producer.
In 1993, after college, Ryan moved to West Palm Beach, FL.,
to work for WSVN - FOX & WPTV - NBC - as a Full Time News Editor for
6pm & 11pm Newscasts, as well as Graphic Artist, Promotions Editor,
and part time News Photographer.
He wanted to come back home to St. Pete Beach so he
began working at WTVT - FOX - Tampa, FL as the
Chief Editor of News and Promotions Editor.
To expand his knowledge, he started working at
Diamond P Sports - F&F Productions in Tampa as an
Online Editor for ESPN's "NHRA Today",
On Location Truck Editor (Live Shows from NHRA Drag Racing Events),
Baseball Spring Training TD, Camera Op & Truck Engineer.
While freelancing as a systems integrator for PAX Television Networks
building Master Control Rooms for all of their stations in the USA.
Then...
His father, Dan L. Johnson, decided that he wanted to purchase
a television station in Savannah, GA. - WGSA TV.
Ryan was off to Georgia to help his father as a Shareholder,
Operations Manager, Systems Integrator, & Promotions Editor.
He Built & Designed the Master Control Room,
Maintained Staff Training, and provided
Technical Support for Transmitters, Microwave System & Master Control.

After, so many years in the news business where you never get to
"polish" your productions due to tight deadlines,
Motherboard Productions, Inc. was created in 1997.
We produce high quality video productions from TV Commercials, TV Shows, Corporate Videos, Web Videos to Music Videos.
We can produce any type of production needed with the ability to include
3D, 2D Animations and Special Effects.
Motherboard Productions, Inc. moved back to the Tampa Bay Area in 2004.
In 2008, Motherboard Productions, Inc. began producing
High Definition Videos and continue to produce
the highest quality productions available!
